Founder and Vice Chairman
Sug started his career in software development at GCHQ in Cheltenham after graduation. He gradually progressed into programme management whilst working for blue chip organisations like Digital Equipment Corporation, Bank of America, Centrica and Deutsche Bank. He founded Testhouse in 2000 and currently focuses on its global expansion. Sug is involved in a number of charitable and CSR activities.
JERMY JOSE
Director Delivery Excellence and Innovations
Jermy started his career in the IT industry as a data analyst and joined the testing bandwagon with the emergence of test automation around 2 decades back. He has worked for multiple organisations in the service industry like- Dell, Infosys, Sapient, UST in the testing and quality assurance stream. He has led the QA delivery for multiple organisations and is currently focused on bringing value to customers who are implementing CRM/ERP solutions, globally. His experience in creating differentiators also helps him to support the innovation and quality assurance streams in the organisation.
STEVE WILLIAMS
CRM Programme Manager
Steve Williams has worked in the Change and Transformation space for over 25 years, specialising in CRM delivery with his experience spanning many sectors including finance and not for profit. Steve has helped a variety of diverse and complex organisations to realise both strategic and operational benefits by supporting them though the full life cycle of CRM implementations. This includes helping the business to understand its requirements; ensuring those requirements are reflected in design and build and that the system testing is conducted robustly and rigorously, by appropriately skilled and experienced resources. Steve continues to work with C Suite stakeholders and operational management to successfully undertake CRM change agendas, in order to realise strategic KPIs and operational improvements.
