About this invitation-only event:
Everyone loves a good story, and that includes prospective customers. But how do you tell a good story? Should they be about customer use cases or something linked to your company's purpose or organisational idiosyncrasies? What can marketing learn from traditional story formats?
Are you responsible for your organisation's content? Do you have challenges you can share related to this topic? It could be priorising content that educates and emotionally connects with buyers through storytelling.
Fill in the form and join this 60 min peer group session to discuss common challenges on this subject and find out how others are solving them.
At this event, you will:
- Meet other B2B sales and marketing leaders
- Vote on which challenges are chosen for discussion
- Offer a solution to each challenge put forward

This is a peer group learning session and to ensure value from attending it is critical participants are in similar roles and can contribute thoughts and ideas from relevant career experiences. We reserve the right to decline registrations.
How it works
To attend the event, you must submit 1 challenge when registering here - no more than 80 characters, please; we want your challenge to be concise. TechPros.io will confirm your place at the event by calendar invitation.
You will also be invited to join our TechPros.io Thought Leader Guild Community, where we will be (anonymously) sharing the challenges being received. Here's your opportunity for some pre-event discussion with your peers and fellow participants!
The event is diarised for 60 minutes via Zoom. Please turn up on time. We may split into two or more groups depending on the number of participants expected.
There will be a quick round of introductions, after which the challenges will be voted on, and those with the most votes will be discussed in the time allowed. Your TechPros.io moderator will then give the participant whose challenge it is the opportunity to come forward and give more context. The challenge is discussed in detail in a roundtable format, after which each participant must propose a solution. This process is repeated until we run out of time.
The event will be recorded so that TechPros.io and the Sponsor can produce a Podcast episode outlining the challenge and the solution highlights offered by each participant, and is subject to participant's written approval.
We are sure you will have an enjoyable and rewarding experience acquiring new ideas to test out.

Insights from a few industry leaders in the Accelerating Digital Innovation in Media and Entertainment eBook:
Data plays a huge part in decision making, whether it’s about what products to create, how to optimise our products, and how to win in the marketplace. We use a combination of data and research to inform decisions. It’s fundamental.
Head of Product, Digital Preschool, Entertainment One
The data drives the insight as to why our customers consume what they’re interested in, so that is key for us. It will be a vital part of our strategy across the coming years.
Chief Product and Customer Officer, Reach PLC
Everything is going to be much more personalised and targeted in the future. Discoverability is the biggest challenge of the OTT industry. The more services that come out, the more people don’t know what to watch. All of that will have to be very personalised based on data and that is why there’s definitely going to be the need to collect lots of it.
