Our signature roundtable events are held at a hotel boardroom or private members club. Often they follow on from the publication of an eBook as part of an annual thought leadership programme. They typically involve 12 professionals each from a different organisation but with simlar roles to the other participants. They take place between 2pm and 5pm on a Thursday afternoon followed by drinks and canapes.
How does the roundtable event work?
Each event is based on a topic that is current and relevant to all participants. The theme often relates to an eBook that has recently been published. Participants present a thought-provoking business challenge to the table and vote on which challenge is selected. In the first round, participants take turns to ask questions to further everyone’s understanding of the challenge, in the second it is about giving advice to the challenge owner. The format is highly engaging, pooling ideas and experiences from a group of senior industry professionals. All TechPros.io events operate the Chatham House rule: ‘Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.’
