What are the most effective strategies to help clients enhance customer engagement?
We use our Jabian Engagement Framework, which outlines six drivers of engagement. The drivers of engagement include ensuring your people are growing and accomplishing things, improving their relationships, giving the right level of autonomy, and providing clarity so they know what they are doing and why so they can feel more secure. To be engaged, we must think that our workplace is fair. Corporate social responsibility is a big thing to look out for – are we treating the world fairly, especially our employees and customers? The last driver to consider is what makes people physically healthy and improves their well-being, like having fun. If something makes people smile and helps their health, that's great. If you can get growth, relationships, autonomy, security, fairness, and well-being nailed, then you will have engaged employees and customers.
